Cars will give way to bikes downtown with one exception, the pace car.

The main event - one of the premier men's criteriums in the world - is scheduled for 8:45 p.m. Saturday, but often runs a little behind. In the meantime, there will be plenty of other events to enjoy, including criteriums for women, the disabled and amateurs, a street fair for children and outdoor jazz performances.
